That’s why Audreyonna Sequale Coaching and Insatiable Wives Club is bringing you heal + hang: Sowing Sisterhood!
heal + hang: Sowing Sisterhood is an interactive workshop for nurturing female friendships. Featuring Life Coach Audreyonna Sequale and guest speaker Mamas of the Insatiable Wives Club, our guests will explore their needs from their girl friends.
Together we’ll explore topics such as:
-What healthy friendship looks like
-How to maintain love and understanding between your girls
-How to handle growing apart and conflict
-Finding and establishing friendships as adults
Grab your journals and homegirls to join us for a dope girls night out! African attire is strongly encouraged.
