<P>Headstand - The foundation of all inversions. This posture can bring up a lot of fear of going upside down, so this workshop is designed to break down all the steps to mindfully get into headstand with strong emphasis on alignment, strength building, and transitions in and out. If you've ever been curious about this posture, come learn and play - this will be a fun way to build strength, body awareness, and confidence in our practice. The key elements that will be learned in this workshop can be later used to strengthen other inversion practices such as forearm balance and handstand. Let's get upside down!</P>
