Workforce Summit 2026

This interactive keynote introduces the Happiness Advantage Orange Frog framework as a strategy to reduce workforce burnout and turnover in health centers. The speaker will demonstrate how this model drives workforce improvements and provide practical tools to boost optimism, engagement, and overall staff well-being.



Keynote: Orange Frog — The Happiness Advantage

Father Joe’s Villages will also share how they implemented this model internally and present data showing the resulting workforce improvements.

Implementation of Orange Frog Happiness Advantage 

This session explores how ambient AI tools can reduce documentation time and administrative burden, thereby improving clinician retention. San Ysidro Health will share a real-world example of implementing ambient AI, followed by an open group discussion where participating health centers can share their experiences and learnings.

Session: Ambient AI for Provider Documentation & Burnout Reduction

This session will explore how to apply workforce data to support recruitment and retention decision-making, including how to age data for current market conditions. The session will include an open discussion that will give health centers the opportunity to discuss how clinics are navigating wage compression, market positioning, and overall compensation adjustments.
