GenePattern is a freely available computational biology open-source software package originally created and developed at theBroad Institutefor the analysis of genomic data. Designed to enable researchers to develop, capture, and reproduce genomic analysis methodologies,GenePatternwas first released in 2004. GenePattern is currently developed at theUniversity of California, San Diego.

Join us on June 27, 2019 at 2pm ET for a webinar exploring the HCA Notebook Workspace with Thorin Tabor, lead developer.
    The HCA Notebook Workspace,<A HREF="%20http://hca.genepattern.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> http://hca.genepattern.org</A>, is an integration of the Jupyter Notebook environment and the GenePattern platform for integrative genomics, with special features for accessing the growing repository of single-cell data hosted by the Human Cell Atlas' Data Coordination Platform.
    Using the Workspace, scientists can launch computations directly within notebooks, requiring only a web browser. The workspace also has tools allowing notebook creators to publish their analyses and methods in a way that is easily accessible to non-programming scientists.
In this webinar, we will demonstrate how to create and use notebooks in the Workspace to:
