HBCU Juneteenth: A New Tradition to Celebrate Black Excellence
Hosted by: Brown Hands Literacy, EDUC8theWORLD, Easley Blessed Media, and My Brother's Keeper Lincoln Heights in collaboration with FC Cincinnati.
With high anticipation, get ready for a one-of-a-kind Juneteenth experience celebrating HBCU culture. We are working alongside HBCU alumni chapters and HBCU enthusiasts to provide college resources*, HBCU exposure, family-friendly fun, free food, music, scholarship awards, and that vibe you can get anywhere but at Homecoming.

What to expect?
- FCC Tailgate (pre-game)
- FCC Parade with local HBCU-inspired band (pre-game)
- Scholarships for HBCU students (current and future)
- College Access Resources for future HBCU students
- HBCU-Inspired Band & HBCU-grad DJ
- HBCU Homecoming Vibes (Swag Surf Included)
- Free food, games, and family fun!
*College Send-Off Kits comprise donated materials from corporate and philanthropic partners to support students with on-campus life.

Note: After the HBCU Juneteenth at Washington Park, we hope you will join us at the FC Cincinnati vs. Philadelphia Union game at TQL Stadium. Enjoy the game with tons of HBCU students, alumni, and families. For every ticket sold, $5 will be donated to Brown Hands Literacy for more local HBCU programming, scholarship funds, and support for Cincinnati HBCU alumni chapter recruitment efforts.
