Where do tours start this year?

Please note - tours are starting at a different location this year!  Tours will begin at the time indicated on your ticket at The Avenue Event Center, located at Don Aslett's Museum of Clean, 711 S. 2nd Ave. in Pocatello Idaho.

What time should we arrive?

Accepted Answer

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your tour is scheduled to begin.  This helps tour guides get the tours started on time.

Question 3

Can we take pictures and video?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to take pictures and video during the tours.  If you capture interesting images or sounds, please share them on the SPIRO Paranormal Facebook page.  NO live streaming during tours will be allowed.

Question 4

Is there a lot of walking and stairs during this year's tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these are walking tours.  This year's walk is approximately 8 blocks in length.  There are a number of stair cases and basements we will visit.  Wear comfortable shoes.  Bring flashlights.  Dress appropriately for the weather.

Can we bring our young child in a stroller?

Accepted Answer

No.  Children under the age of 8 may not participate.  Strollers are not allowed.  Young children should be left at home so all ticket holders may enjoy their evening.

Question 6

We have a group coming, do we all need to purchase the same date and time for our tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  If you have a group coming and are purchasing tickets individually, you each need to be sure you purchase your tickets for the same date and starting time.

Question 7

Are there refunds available if we can't make our tour date and time as planned?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are NOT available.  You can contact us to change your ticket date and time.  If tickets are available, we may be able to transfer the tickets, however, we will not refund tickets.

Question 8

Will tours be cancelled due to cold, rainy, or snowing weather?

Accepted Answer

No.  Tours will not be cancelled due to the weather.  Please plan to wear appropriate clothing and shoes/boots.

Question 9

Can we bring alcoholic beverages, smoke or vape during the tours?

Accepted Answer

No alcohol or smoking will be allowed during the tours.  If you choose to vape, plan to step away from the tour group and only when outside.  No vaping inside any of the buildings.
