Ever wish you could experience Walt Disney's legendary Haunted Mansion with a scarier twist? For select nights of October we transform our home into the Haunted Mansion with all the characters and effects you absolutely love but with a fine tuned, more intense environment for adults and teens. Those of you with little ones, our actors maintain the fun and friendly atmosphere this attraction is known for.
During your walk-through adventure there will be appearances from Madame Leota, The Singing Busts, Hatbox Ghost, and MUCH more. Full sized jumping animatronic figures and former live actors from Knott's Scary Farm are present. Mansion fans just can't get enough of this event!!!
Ticket Information:
Two ticket types: Doombuggy Express (Priority Access) or Ghost Hearse Stand-By
- With a $10 donation per person you can reserve a Doombuggy ticket, providing priority access with faster wait times.
- Ghost Hearse Stand-By is free but will be a longer wait. Please set aside over an hour of time on your visit. If your preferred night is sold out, consider Doombuggy tickets.

Ticket reservations are mandatory to gain access and we have limited spots available due to capacity of our neighborhood.
Crowd Levels:
We get a rush of guests between 7-8:30pm, especially on Saturday. If your group has the ability to come between 8:30-9:15pm for a shorter wait time, or on any other day than Saturday, that will help greatly to even out our parking availability and wait time levels.
Scare Factor:
Mon-Thurs (21st-24th): Younger children and families recommended for a less intense experience - Still subject to darkness, sound effects, and animatronics. Minor audio changes in dark areas to be more friendly.
Fri & Sat / Halloween Night: Teens & Adults Recommended - Full scare acting crew available in most cases.
Sun: Balanced
