Mississippi Real Estate Commission Approved Course

Sixty hours of real estate education.

Day class hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (nine days)

Night class hours: 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm (fourteen nights)

(1) Methods of Obtaining Classroom Hours

Blended Learning includes classroom attendance, Livestream attendance, and online self-paced hours. Methods may be sole and separate or in combination.

(2) Learning Options

Options include synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced online) attendance.

This course discusses ownership, property rights, appraisal, financing, relationships with clients and customers, disclosure, contracts, management, title transfer, real estate practice, basic calculations, and Mississippi License Law.

(3) Quick Start System

The Real Estate Training Institute’s Quick Start System allows students to access the school’s support site to get a head start on their classroom or Livestream courses. Be ahead on day one. This free school option gives access to over 3000 quiz questions and school material before beginning your class journey.

(4) Books Included

The Real Estate Training Institute is a book publisher with over ten real estate course workbooks for Mississippi and Tennessee. In addition, we have added free $ 300-course workbooks for the Mississippi real estate exam. Two books are included.

(5) All Access Pass

The School’s All Access Pass was requested by former students and Alumni. As adults with busy schedules, it may be convenient for some students to attend class, Livestream, or go to the self-paced online course to complete their classroom hours. Now, you can mix and match days, nights, topics, chapters, instructors, and even physical locations.

With the course, you can attend free reviews with your choices of methods, times, topics, instructors, and locations.
