Join us for free drop-in Hatha Yoga class amidst the backdrop of stunning artwork in theJoseph D. Carrier Art Gallery. Expert instructor Seth Mohan will teach participants the movement, meditation and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga and Gentle Hatha Yoga, to promote mental and physical well-being.

Participants will receive a 20% Discount Voucher toward a Columbus Centre Athletic Club Membership.

Bio - Seth Mohan

Seth Mohan emphasizes breath, alignment, strength and stretching (BASS) as foundational principles of his yoga teaching. Prioritizing breath and alignment, he fosters body awareness while also enhancing strength and flexibility for lasting wellbeing. In his classes, Seth encourages students to come out of their comfort zone in a safe, fun and uplifting environment.

He started practicing yoga in 2008 for personal wellness and injury recovery. After studying yoga in India, he returned to Toronto and began teaching. Since then, he has led classes in North America, Asia, and Australia. Seth was also regularly featured as a yoga expert on “Cityline” with Tracy Moore.
