Description:
Join Anjli for a slow flow Hatha yoga class! We will use yoga principles, postures and breathing techniques to improve whole body strength and flexibility while bringing in a sense of peace and wellbeing.
Cost:
This is a donation based class. Suggested donation is $10-$20 per class. You can venmo your donation to @alythactive, bring cash to class or add it to your check out if you decide to do a little shopping after class! :)
What to bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat and water!
We would love for you to stay after class to join us for some time as a community. We also welcome you to stay and shop and check out our local, small, woman owned business!
Parking:
Parking is available along Washington Ave or in the lot behind our store. Please use our front entrance along Washington Ave for class as we keep our back door locked at all times.
