Harvest season approaches! Learn about herbal medicine with our herbalists Dara and Christy. You have learned a bit about how to grow herbs and how to recognize them in the wild. Now let's investigate how to process them. We will talk about harvesting and drying herbs. We will discuss therapeutic constituents and medicinal uses of some of these herbs and send you home with a few herbal simples.
