The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance's Annual Conference is one of the DC area's largest gatherings of prominent thought leaders committed to strategically addressing the critical issues of diversity, flexibility, and well-being. Each year, the Conference brings speakers and attendees together who are at the forefront of humanizing their workplaces and creating positive organizational cultures in all industries and organizations.
