Should I bring a bottle of water?

Yes. I suggest you bring a bottle of water that is refillable this is an ecofriendly environment. so, no plastic please. Note there will be water provided for you.

Is this yoga class inclusive? Will this class be given variations?

Yes. Our classes are open to everyone so please join us. Yes. This class will have variations for everyone. Some yoga props will provide but I suggest you bring your own they may be limited. Please bring your own yoga mats but there will be some there if happen to forget.
