We are surrounded by the Five Elements (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood) within our environment, all of them essential to life. Many holistic approaches to wellness incorporate these elements in their practices. Understanding what each element represents allows us to evaluate our individual strengths, areas for growth and guides us on our best course of action. In this interactive webinar, Dr. De’Nicea leads attendees through a mini assessment to identify your predominating Element. Then explore the holistic (Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical) signs as to whether an Element is harmonized, under- or over-demonstrating.Tuesday May 24th, 2022 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Zoom

When learning about the myths, misinformation or no information (and the harm it does!) when it comes to women’s reproductive health, De’Nicea just had to specialize in it as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Holistic Well-Being Consultant.In her virtual practice, Hilton Holistic Health and Wellness, she uses a blend of modalities building on the Eastern Medicine foundation (like meditation, functional medicine, medical intuition and more.) Believing that “serious healing doesn’t have to be so serious,” she creates playful healing spaces for women who’re desiring to get to deeper meanings of her Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical health, especially when it comes to hormones, menstrual cycles and fertility. What’s really cool is seeing how women transform into Embracing, Embodying and Expressing their Perfect Authentic Self while simultaneously witnessing the multi-dimensional healing happen…it’s such an honor to see!And, you’re invited!
