Our consciousness, bodies, and the world at large are evolving faster than they ever have. Because of this process, each of us is being called to take evolutionary steps forward. In previous decades, that call involved releasing and dismantling the old version of ourselves. This current experience is asking us to pull all aspects of who we have been and who we are together in harmony and balance. When you begin to realize that the "negative" aspects of who you are were brought forward in extreme or unsuitable situations - you can begin to ask, how can this aspect support my journey from a place of balance? First, we must feel into all that we are, mentally and emotionally match the frequency that is present within us, and then let that guide us to our highest vibrating space and place within this world.
