Please pay particular attention to new venue policies and seating protocols. There will be a few different ticketing setups with due to the variety of events we produce. At this time there are no bar or lounge seats available. No guests will be allowed to sit with other customers that are not from the same group. Max of 4 people table. If you or anyone in your group is feeling unwell please DO NOT attend the show. Thank you for your patience and understanding.All customers are required and expected to wear a mask upon entering, exiting and anytime you leave your seat. NO EXCEPTIONSDoors and drinks at 8pm. Release and Waiver: You hereby agree to release and discharge the Venue, its owners, shareholders, members, agents, officers, directors, managers, contractors, volunteers and employees (“Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, penalties, fines, causes of action, suits, legal fees and costs, of whatever nature, character or description, for sickness, bodily injury or death as a result of any infectious disease such as COVID-19 that arise out of or in connection with attending the Event at the Venue (“Released Claims”). To the full extent permitted by law, this release includes all Released Claims that in fact or as alleged arise out of, or are the result of, the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of the Released Parties. Indemnity and Hold Harmless: You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties (defined above) from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, penalties, fines, causes of action, suits, legal fees and costs, of whatever nature, character or description, by any person, including without limitation others attending the Event at the Venue, for sickness, bodily injury or death as a result of any infectious disease such as COVID-19, that arise out of or in connection with your negligent or non-negligent acts or omissions in connection with you attending the Event at the Venue (“Indemnified Claims”). To the full extent permitted by law, this indemnity and hold harmless extends to all Indemnified Claims that in fact or as alleged arise out of, or are the result of, the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of the Released Parties.
