Currituck County 4-H is hosting three individual days of ”Happy Trails'' Horse Camps.

July 16, 2024: Cloverbud Camp for youth ages 5-7

July 17, 2024: Youth ages 8-12

July 18, 2024: Youth ages 13-18

Each camp will be from 10am -3pm. Camp activities include grooming and basic care, riding, and many other fun activities designed to help your child increase their knowledge and skills about horses, animal care and equitation. The camps will be held at the CCRC (Currituck County Rural Center) located at 184 Milburn Sawyer Rd. in Powells Point, NC. All campers must wear closed-toed shoes and bring a bag lunch and snacks.

Please pick the age group that your child falls in. Childs age as of 1/1/2024

There is a $10.00 registration fee. This may be paid online through eventbrite or you may pay with cash or check. Cash and check payments need to be paid within five days of your registration. If you are paying by check please make it payable to NCSU, and mail it to NCCE 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917.

Registration is not complete until your child is enrolled in NC 4-H for the 2024 program year. The link to do that is https://v2.4honline.com/ . We will gladly help you complete your online registration and 4-H Enrollment. Please feel free to call us at 252-232-2262, and we will walk you through the process.
