We have heard from many of you that you miss your Covid Zoom Happy Hour Hours! It seems many of you truly love learning how to make cocktails! This got us thinking, would a happy hour cocktail class be something interesting? Well in true WRD fashion, we figured we would try it and see what you think!
As with many great inventions there are many stories of how the margarita came to life as a cocktail. There are also no shortage of people looking to take credit for the cocktail's creation.
While the origins of this classic drink are varied, there are a couple of facts that are undeniable. The margarita first arrived on the drinking scene around 1940 and has grown in popularity ever since. Even in the current environment, tequila consumption has grown over 50% in the past 12 months with the margarita stealing the grand prize as the #1 to go cocktail nation wide.
This class will begin with a flight of the top 4 versions of this cocktail. Once you have had a chance to sample and decide which version is your favorite, we will dive into making your favorite version of this cocktail.
We will supply all of the tools and ingredients needed for the class and the first flight of cocktails.
