Happy Hour Cocktail Making Express Class

Spring into the season of cocktails! Join us at Eataly for a hands-on express cocktail-making class.

In this class, you'll learn the basics of cocktail composition and balance, learn what ingredients and equipment are necessary for a well-stocked at-home bar, as well as appropriate ice, glassware, and garnishes. Our expert will show you how to make a classic spring cocktail, and then teach you (hands-on) how to mix one spring-inspired cocktail from our menu to enjoy with a selection of antipasti from our chefs.

• Class includes a cocktail-making class with our Eataly Beverage Specialist, two signature cocktails, and antipasto.
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class which will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• Duration is approximate at 30 minutes and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
