Happiness Class

Rebecca Mills is a keen self help student and is passionate about happiness and the law of attraction and developing skills within each of us that increase our self worth.  Having used these skills to bring herself from a negative to a positive place in her mind, she has designed the Elysium courses to encourage others to do the same.

Elysium weekly courses are designed to give you a space in which you can share positive thoughts with like-minded individuals, learn new skills that will help you to feel better about your life and feel more motivated to keep up with your positive thinking by sharing your self development experience with others.
Join us for our Happiness Classes once a week in Caerphilly.  Each class begins with an opening presentation, and together we will run through an exercise designed to bring you to a more positive place. Subjects include: self belief, appreciation, building positive relationships, accepting life situations, positive memories, developing calm and many more.  
Each week we will provide new exercises to help you live more positively.
