Let’s practice going upside down! This is an all-levels handstand workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals for how to stand on your hands. While the practice of handstands is a long one and requires consistently showing up, a workshop like this will give you the keys. It’s up to you to walk through the door (perhaps on your hands).People are blocked from achieving stacked handstands for various reasons such as: fear, patience, humility, strength and flexibility. We will work on all of that. There will be drills to learn and practice the techniques required on the road to a handstand. We will use the wall and Cole will guide and support us throughout the workshop.You will notice improvements.So come monkey around and go upside down! Looking for more yoga events in Austin?
