Handstand Workshop

It’s an elusive pose; it requires every little thing to go just right. In this workshop we’ll look at the constituent parts and then tie them together. Class will be approachable, and in case you’re wondering about a prerequisite: a good solid plank for ten or twenty breaths means you’ll be just fine. This will be fun. It’s a rich experience alone just to dissect the pose—full balance or not.
