Hands-On Pasta Shaping Express Workshop at 12:00pm

In this express class format, you will learn how to shape some of the most traditional pasta shapes from Italy like farfalle, cavatelli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, and garganelli. Our pasta expert will work with you to show you how it's done, offer recipe ideas, and answer any of your pasta-related questions!

During this express class, you'll enjoy a glass of Italian prosecco or N/A beverage and antipasti plate while enjoying the demonstration. Then guests make their own freshly made pasta shapes which you take home (to cook in your own kitchen!) along with our recipe for fresh pasta dough so you can master your skills at home.
