Join us at Eataly Chicago as we give you the tools to recreate Eataly's delicious, Neapolitan-style pizza in your own home kitchen!
Our pizzaioli are passionate about making authentic pizza that transports your taste buds to the city of Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Our in-house expert pizza makers will host a pizza class for up to 10 guests in La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant. In these workshops, with a welcome glass of prosecco in hand, guests will learn how to prepare the dough from scratch, how to shape Neapolitan pizza and will also get to top their own pizzas to enjoy. Our pizzaioli will fire guests’ creations right before their eyes in Eataly’s wood-burning golden ovens, imported from Italy and assembled brick by brick in our pizza restaurant.
Pizza-making secrets will be unveiled to each guest, and the dining experience will include enjoying your own hand-made pizza with a wine pairing or a non-alcoholic beverage. Class will be complete with adapted recipes to recreate your experience at home.

• Class includes a hands-on dough-shaping activity, and guests will be making their own dough.
• Guests receive a welcome glass of prosecco, a Rossopomodoro pizza that they create themselves and a glass of wine to enjoy with the pizza. N/A beverages are available upon request.
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class at the Bakery on the second floor of Eataly Chicago.
• Class begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
