HANDS-ON: FOCUS ON CHICKEN

Learn yummy new ways to prepare chicken in this hands-on workshop. Working in teams of two, the class will prepare four recipes using different techniques. Limited to 8 participants.

Menu includes:

Lemon Caper Chicken (Seared and Braised)

Stir Fry Chicken with Vegetables

Sheet Pan Tandoori Chicken with Raita Sauce

Chicken & Asparagus Salad with Ginger Vinaigrette

(Salad will feature Roasted Spatchcocked Chicken, which will be demo-ed)
