1-Hour Workshops

These sessions go in-depth with one of our certified instructors on a specific topic such as bike mechanics, avoiding bike theft, riding after dark, and more. 1-hour, indoor workshop for adults and teens, no bike required.

Join Bike East Bay for an interactive, hands-on workshop where we will review the basic process of fixing a flat and inner tube patching, as well as strategies to avoid flats. Bring your own flat tire or use one of our class demos! No prior experience is necessary to attend this class.E-Bikes &amp; Complex Wheels: Due to time constraints and mechanical complexity, we cannot help detach wheels with hub motors or wheels with internal gear hubs. Please plan to practice on one of our class demo wheels!—This class is made possible by funding from the Alameda County Transportation Commission.
