Hands-on Computer Engineering Career Exploration Workshop
Event Information
About this Event
This introductory class in electrical computer engineering is facilitated by Chattahoochee Technical College Instructor, Stephanie O'Donoghue.
Students will work with an Arduino kit and software for a real-time, hands-on experience. Thanks to its simple and accessible user experience, Arduino has been used in thousands of different projects and applications. The Arduino software is easy-to-use for beginners, yet flexible enough for advanced users. It runs on Mac, Windows, and Linux. Teachers and students use it to build low-cost scientific instruments, to prove chemistry and physics principles, or to get started with programming and robotics.
* Class size is limited to 15 students.
*Students must have a computer, webcam, and able to download the corresponding software.
* GEAR UP will mail class materials directly to the students and may not have time to send them to another student if you cancel. Please be 100% sure you can participate before you complete this registration.
