About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Sarah Paz Hyde is known across the country for her mastery of beautiful meditative handpan soundscapes. We will intuitively weave in gentle sounds of complementary instruments and voice throughout the journey. Sarah will conclude with solo work to bring our time together to a soft landing.

We have yoga mats, some blankets and cushions available for your comfort. A few chairs are available for those not comfortable or able to lie on the floor. Eye masks will be given to you to optimize your inner vision if you care to use one. They are yours to keep and bring to other sound meditations.

For those of you who are prone to snoring, we ask that you choose to lie on your side or understand you msy be gently nudged or lovingly tapped so as to not disrupt others. 🥰

Please know that someone will let you in at the double wooden doors in the front of the building - Liberty Plsce - right across from our huge free parking lot on Liberty Street. They will be there until 6:20pm. We start st 6:30 pm. We're on the 2nd floor - elevator or stairs.
