Handling Conflict with Humor + Heart
A playful workshop for women & non-binary people to heal, laugh, and reframe life’s messiest moments.
📅 Wedneday, October 8, 2025🕓 2:00 - 3:00 PM PT (5:00–6:00 PM ET)📍 Online via Zoom (link sent upon registration)
Conflict is inevitable — but it doesn’t have to be destructive. When used with care, humor can diffuse tension, open doors, and even turn an argument into an opportunity for connection.
In this Holy Shift Lab, you’ll learn how to bring both humor and heart into hard conversations so you can stay centered, lighten the load, and walk away feeling more connected.
This is not about cracking jokes at someone’s expense. It’s about discovering tools comedians use — timing, perspective, and playfulness — to shift energy in the moment and create space for authentic connection.
This is not a comedy show — it’s an interactive, 60-minute workshop where you’ll explore your own stories through the lens of humor, creativity, and connection. No performance required. Just bring your open mind (and maybe your best whacky laugh).
✨ What We’ll Do Together:
- Learn: How humor can soften defensiveness and build bridges in conflict.
- Explore: Real-life conflict scenarios you're experiencing and discover lighthearted, courageous ways to respond.
- Play: Try guided exercises that expand your range and keep you grounded in tense moments.
- Connect: Small-group breakout discussions to practice new tools in a supportive space.
- Shift: Leave with practical steps for bringing more humor and heart into your daily interactions.
This workshop is designed for women and non-binary people who want to:
- Feel more confident navigating conflict.
- Stay light and centered under pressure.
- Use humor as a tool for connection, not avoidance.
- Explore personal growth through creativity and laughter.
- Laugh a little (or a lot)!
