Hand Sewing Basics

Learn hand-sewing basics: thread a needle, knot, choose stitches & finish seams. Make a pincushion to take home. All supplies included!

Want to learn some needle skills? This class will show you the basic

techniques and stitches for hand-sewing, so that you can sew without a machine and

personalize items by adding decorations. Learn to thread a needle and knot thread,

choose the appropriate stitch to use, and finish off your work. Practice your new skills by

making your own novelty pin cushion to take home.

Class provides all of the supplies and tools you’ll need; you can also bring your own

project.

For ages 16 to 106.
