Hamilton Ecstatic Dance
Join us for a fun ecstatic dance where the focus is on movement.
Come dance freely in a supportive and non-judgemental environment - a journey of self expression and discovery. Newcomers to ecastic dance are welcome!
We typically have an opening circle with short intro and guidelines, dance for about an hour and half, and then close with some relaxing live music and a final check-in.
The location is Energy Awaken, a cozy and holsitic space with a great sound system. There is paid parking on and off-street by the venue, as well as free street parking a few blocks down.
We have already done a few of these events and people have been enjoying them and coming back!
Our vision is to have regular ecstatic dances every few weeks where we gather, connect, and dance to good music. With the goal of keeping costs as low as possible, there will be no special ceremonies or DJs, just good music and good vibes.
