We will have food and desserts throughout the night! Eating will begin at 6p.

Performers from Fields & Co Theatre will be performing various songs through the program

Will you have a panel again where we can ask questions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will have a panel of survivors, UCASA and Refuge staff, mothers of survivors and more! We will have time to submit questions before the panel begins, but if you come with a question in mind- you can submit it when you arrive.

Are you raising money again?

UCASA is drastically underfunded! We will be looking to raise $5k! You can directly donate, or bid on auction items. 100% of all funds raised will be directly distributed to UCASA. If each one of our 200 guests donates $25 (donation or bid) we would raise that easily!

Is there an age restriction?

We will not turn guests away, but we suggest- due to the content of discussion- that guest be at least 12 years old to attend. We will leave it to your discretion. We WANT teens present. We feel educating at a young age is important! Please bring your teens, their friends etc.

Will there be advocates around in case I feel triggered or have questions?

Absolutely! There will be advocates present, and we will provide resources for you to take home to take action, answer more questions- etc.

Where in the school do I go?

You can use the main parking lot and enter at the front entrance. We will be in the commons- which is directly through the front doors.

Can I be a sponsor or donate to the auction?

We are more than happy to accept sponsors or donations for auction baskets. We can take sponsor donations and auction basket items through April 10th at the latest. Contact Alli Fields-  afieldscopywriter@gmail.com to inquire.

Do I need to RSVP for everyone in my party?

We request that you do so that we can provide enough food for all guests. Please RSVP for each person attending.

What does S.E.E stand for?

Accepted Answer

S.E.E is an acronym we have adopted for this event. S- Support, E- Educate, E- Empower. Our goal is to support UCASA and Survivors, Educate our community on how they can contribute and get involved, and Empower our community to take action. The only acceptable goal is to END Sexual Violence forever!

What are the statistics in Utah

Utah has the highest rate of reported rapes in the country. Only 12% of rapes are reported. 1 in 3 women, 1 in 5 men, and 1 in 7 children will be assaulted AT LEAST ONCE in their lifetime. Teaching CONSENT to our teens and community is the best way to end sexual violence.

What can I do outside of this event to help the cause?

Follow UCASA on social media and attend their rallies, events, and legislative battles. Stand up for Survivor Rights. Donate, get involved, BELIEVE when someone confides in you.... EDUCATION. Request Consent Education in schools. We'll have more for you at the event!
