Put your fitness to the test in this exciting hybrid fitness race hosted by Out of the Box Fitness.This event combines 4 kilometers of running with 8 functional fitness stations designed to challenge your strength, endurance, power, and mental toughness. Whether you're training for your next hybrid race, looking for a new fitness challenge, or simply want to compete in a fun, high-energy environment, this event is for you. <h2>Race Format</h2>Athletes will complete:<ul><li>500m Run</li><li>500m Ski Erg</li><li>500m Run</li><li>25m Sled Push</li><li>500m Run</li><li>25m Sled Pull</li><li>500m Run</li><li>Burpee Broad Jumps</li><li>500m Run</li><li>500m Row</li><li>500m Run</li><li>100m Farmer Carry</li><li>500m Run</li><li>50 Sandbag Walking Lunges</li><li>500m Run</li><li>50 Wall Balls</li><li>Finish!</li></ul> <h2>Individual or Doubles</h2>Choose to compete individually or with a partner.Individual: Complete the entire course on your own.Doubles: Complete every run together and split the work at each station however you'd like.
