Get ready to test your fitness, and if you’re eyeing the HYROX Tampa event on October 23, this is your chance to simulate race conditions and see exactly where you stand. Includes a HALFROX Largo patch!!
Our Half HYROX event is a race-style workout combining 8 functional stations, each preceded by a 500m run followed by half the distance and all the weight for each station. It’s the perfect blend of endurance, strength, and mental toughness, built around the exact movements we train every day at F45.
This event is for YOU if:
• You’re preparing for HYROX Tampa and want a realistic simulation
• You’re considering signing up and want to experience the format first
• You want a new challenge that pushes your limits in a fun, supportive environment
Event Format:
• Half HYROX distances (accessible but still challenging)
• Solo or Team options available (Book one ticket slot for both)
• 2 starts every 15 minutes (race-style flow)
• Coaches on-site for guidance, standards, and energy
Stations (each preceded by a 500m run):
- Ski Erg (500m): Full-body engine builder—sets the tone early
- Sled Push (25m) using official HYROX Sled: Pure leg strength and power under load
- Sled Pull (25m) using official HYROX Sled: Grip, posterior chain, and total-body control
- Burpee Broad Jumps (40m): Explosive conditioning + mental grit
- Row (500m): Cardio output with fatigued legs
- Farmer Carry (100m): Core stability, grip, and composure
- Sandbag Lunges (50m): Balance, strength, and mental toughness
- Wall Balls (50 reps) using official HYROX targets: The final test, legs, lungs, and resilience
What to Expect:
• A true HYROX-style experience in a high-energy, supportive environment using the actual equipment and weights. Train with the actual official HYROX sleds!!
• Scaled options so all fitness levels can participate
• Music, coaching, and an atmosphere that pushes you to your best
• A clear benchmark of your current fitness, and what to improve before October
