HackNITR is the flagship hackathon of NIT Rourkela. It has been a successful endeavour in its past two editions, getting over 1500+ participants and 100+ project submissions in the previous two editions. We are all geared up to organise the third edition, HackNITR 3.0, entirely online, beginning from 29th of October 2021 till 31st of October 2021.

The goal of organizing HackNITR has been to grow our local community and giving hackers an unforgettable hacking experience by providing a platform to transform their ideas into prototypes and solve the enigmas. We aspire to reach out to as many hackers as we can who feel inclusive. We especially want to be welcoming to newcomers and help them get involved in an activity to grow their involvement in our community. As hackers ourselves, we very well understand the fear of starting the hackathon journey. We would like to give our best effort in making this transition as fruitful as possible.
