<h1>About the Event</h1><p>Meet Agile HR, as Agile is making its way to all facets of our lives.</p><p>You already renamed your department to “people operations,” and were trying to learn new ways of doing things to align with the company’s agile culture. You thought you’d have time to adjust, but the new reality means everyone is working remotely almost overnight.</p><p>You thought an agile transformation was hard, but now this? How can you accomplish the activities you were doing in person, in a remote environment? How can we know how our workers are performing if we cannot see them? How can we hire, onboard, and think about L&amp;D?</p><p>If this resonates, join this engaging and interactive Agile HR online workshop where you will discover how to adapt your current HR functions to a remote and agile workforce.</p><p>Information for participants:</p><p>The Agile HR meetup is NOT a webinar format. It will be a 90 – minute, interactive training where you will be participating in using online creative tools and interacting in a small and whole-group setting. We appreciate it if your video could be on, as it is easier to have meaningful interactions with others when we see each other’s faces.</p>
