Keynote:

"The Future of AI Agents" – highlighting current challenges and how innovative solutions can transform the space.

Hackathon Brief & Team Formation:

• Overview of themes, tools, and available resources (including Meetstream.ai API documentation and sample use cases).
• Different tracks explanation & briefing
• Explanation of judging criteria, deliverables, and prize structure.
• Opportunity for participants to network and form teams.

Objective:

• Ignite innovative ideas by building AI-powered agents and digital solutions to solve business problems.
• Encourage participants to leverage vibe coding, AI coding, and AI agent orchestration to build real-world solutions.
  

Core Tech Tracks

1. AI Agents: Build intelligent agents capable of automating tasks, making decisions, and adapting to dynamic workflows.
2. AI Voice & Meeting Agents: Develop systems that enhance voice-based communication through automation of meetings with real-time transcriptions and insights.
3. Context-Aware Applications / Using Model Context Protocol: Leverage contextual protocols (MCP) to create AI applications that are interactive and adaptive to current products.

Hackathon:

• Teams begin coding and integrating APIs.
• Mentors and product experts (including Meetstream.ai representatives) circulate, offering guidance, technical support, and feedback.
• Teams prepare demo presentations and technical documentation

Presentation & Demo Session:

• Each team is allotted 5-7 minutes to present their project demo and explain the problem solved, the solution’s innovation, and integration highlights.
• Q&A from judges and peers following each demo.
• Judges review presentations based on creativity, technical execution, real-world impact, and effective use of available APIs
