The hackathon is organised by AvoinGLAM and Open Knowledge Finland in collaboration with Helsinki City Museum.AvoinGLAM (galleries, libraries and museums) isa Finnish network of people andorganizationsworking towards opening culture held by culture and memory institutions.http://avoinglam.fi#AvoinGLAMOpen Knowledge Finland (OKFI) is a registered not-for-profit association and part of the wider international Open Knowledge -network. The Hack4FI – Hack your heritage! hackathon brings together artists, programmers, designers, humanists, educators and others interested in digital cultural heritage and multi-professional collaboration. Join us to create something new out of open cultural heritage materials!
The third Finnish Hack4FI will be organised 5-7 May 2017 in Finnish Broadcasting Company YLE, Helsinki. 
The event is FREE of charge, but requires registration.  
The registration is binding: we will charge 75 Euros for no-show. If you are unable to participate, please cancel your registration by May 3rd, 2017.
