The new non-profit Gut Trust CLG is launching Gut Fest – Dublin’s very first festival dedicated to gut health, science, and community.Taking place at Bolands Mills, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Gut Fest is all about bringing together the best of evidence-based science and the warmth of community connection.Expect a full day of:Talks &amp; Panels – with gut health dietitian Lorraine Cooney, psychotherapist Mihaela Ivancenco, and researcher Ramya Balasubramanian on the microbiota-gut-brain axis.Workshops – fermentation with Val from Fairmental, plus movement sessions with Clare McKenna and Róise Ward.Community Moments – uplifting meditation, closing circle, and conversations that connect.Food &amp; Drink Vendors – gut-healthy lunch from Fairmental, water kefir by King of Kefir, wellness drinks from Dāha Wellness, and snacks from Good4U.Lunch is not included, but available to purchase or you are welcome to bring your own.
