This event is designed to provide foster families with the tools and resources they need to effectively address substance abuse issues in foster youth and transitional age youth. By the end of the training, foster families will be better prepared to prevent substance abuse, recognize warning signs, communicate openly, and provide appropriate communication, support and intervention.
