What should I bring?

Please bring yourself, a bottle of water, a towel or yoga mat to lay on, an additional towel, blanket, or pillow to make yourself comfortable. You may also want to bring a hand towel or eye mask to increase the sensory experience. Please bring any additional props that you find to be supportive.

How should I prepare?

This is a come as you are event. It will meet you where you are. You will get what you need. There is no way to do it wrong. If you are called to be here, you are meant to be here. I do recommend softening your schedule on this day so that you can ease into the gathering in a way that is unrushed.

What is the format?

The session will last about 60 minutes, and there will be about 15 to 20 minutes of time for community and exploration of the instruments afterwards.

Question 4

Is this appropriate for pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Prenatal attendees are welcome, however, you are advised to lay in a sideline position, or bring a wedge to have more reclined support.

Question 5

Can I bring my baby?

Accepted Answer

This class is not appropriate for those needing to bring infants. Please come only if you are able to be apart from your baby for 75 to 90 minutes. There will not be a place on site for them to wait.
