Overview

Step into spring with forest bathing through trees and vernal pools. Slow down, reconnect, and share in herbal tea. Ages 12+

Step into spring as the forest comes back to life.

Join us for a guided forest bathing experience designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. We will move at a gentle, slow pace, creating space for calm, clarity, and restoration.

Along the way, we will wander past seasonal vernal pools, shallow springtime waters formed by rain and snowmelt that provide a home for frogs, salamanders, and other wildlife. We may catch glimpses of them or hear their calls as we move quietly through the forest.

We will close with a warm tea gathering and space to reflect.

Ages 12+ welcome with an adult.

What participants are saying...

"The entire experience was so grounding and peaceful. Brittany just brings a natural calm and comfort to everyone around her. Having this set time to slow down and reflect on my own life—growth and shortcomings, past and future—and to connect that reflection to the earth was meaningful and emotional." Alicia
