Join this simple and serene class! The instructor will help you find your center while reflecting through guided meditation. Relax to calming music and instructional prompts to start off your week. Individuals of all levels are welcome to participate.***An NYC Parks Recreation Center membership is required to enter the building.******Please bring in a valid NYS driver's license/non-driver's ID, IDNYC, or passport for identification.***If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Fort Hamilton Senior Center at (718) 439-4295 or stop by the center at 9941 Fort Hamilton Parkway between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
