The goal is to help you find inner peace and relaxation. Through gentle guidance, you will learn to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity.

No prior experience is required—all you need to bring is an open mind and a comfortable space to sit down. Whether you're seeking tranquility or a break from the chaos of daily life, this event is a fantastic opportunity to embark on your meditation journey.

This no-frills meditation session for beginners focuses on the introduction to breathwork and mindfulness.

Note: This meditation session is not for you if you want to focus on guided imagery/visualization, advanced breathwork, pranayama, sound baths/singing bowls, music, and other audio sounds. In the future, when I have a better setup, I plan to incorporate these methods in my intermediate and advanced meditation sessions.
