About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Ages 21+

It seems life is feeling pretty overwhelming right now for so many of us. The animals of the ranch (6 mini goats, 2 mini horses, 1 full size horse, 2 mini donkeys, and dogs) have asked me to offer a meditation session to dissipate stress, help you ground and feel a little calmer moving forward.

I will send you the exact location once you've registered but for reference the farm is on Friendship Rd in Apex, NC.

Plan to spend about 60 minutes in guided meditation and then I'll give about 30 minutes at the end for photos and hugs with the animals :-)

Please bring a camp chair and a notebook/pen. We will be under cover.

This event is for adults only. Free parking. Accessibility: The Mother Ranch is a small farm, so the ground is uneven. With a few days of dry weather the ground will firm up enough to be able to push a wheelchair to the barn if someone (or a helper) is strong enough. The restroom is in my office and has 4 steps to reach it.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear and bring?

WEAR: We will be under shelter so no need to worry about hats or sunscreen. Wear closed toed shoes like boots or sneakers and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. BRING: Please bring a chair and notebook/pen. NOTE: For safety, you will not be able to attend in sandals, flipflops, etc.

What is your address?

I'm on Friendship Rd, Apex. You will receive the address and details of how to reach the farm after signing up. I operate my business here and can't have the public just randomly showing up, hoping to pet a horse ;-)

Is the farm/restroom wheelchair accessible?

The Mother Ranch is a small farm, so the ground is uneven. With a few days of dry weather, the ground will firm up enough to be able to push a wheelchair if the person or helper is strong enough. The restroom is in my office and has 4 steps to climb.

Is there a restroom available?

Yes, there is a restroom available in my neurofeedback office. There are 4 steps to reach the office.
