Description
This event is going to illustrate how and why moment to moment living is a key component to healing and health. During the four hour workshop we will come together to support the allowing of healthy practices. We will seperate to receive customized guided healing for specific areas reciepients share. Tools will be given to support work done during the session for continued growth after we leave.
Some of the topics being covered are heart centered living, brain-heart connection and vibration and the body.
We will take a 45 minute lunch break and reassemble to continue the guided healing session.
