Guided Forest Bathing Experience

Guided Forest Bathing Experience

Little Learners OutdoorsBaton Rouge, LA
Sunday, Mar 29 from 4 pm to 5:45 pm
Overview

A gentle, guided sensory walk in the forest to remember the world is alive and so are you.

These gentle, grounding sessions are designed to help you reconnect with the natural world outside and inside yourself. Over 105 minutes, we move through a rhythm of guided meditation, sit spot time, and sensory or artistic exercises, all designed to deepen awareness, invite reflection, and bridge the conceptual gap between the ‘outer’ and ‘inner’ worlds.

Each practice has been carefully chosen from a blend of Western evidence-based methods, timeless traditions passed down through spiritual lineages, and the facilitator’s own ecosomatic practices and experiences in nature. The session’s flow supports quiet presence, perceptual explorations, creativity, and optional group sharing, all held in a nurturing outdoor space.

If you are looking to slow down, become more attuned to life around and within you, and simply be with nature in a more intentional way, these sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to do just that.

Open to ages 16 and up, these sessions are ideal for anyone seeking stillness, inspiration, and meaningful time outdoors in good company.

Facilitated by Lilia Kapsali-Grant, MSc Outdoor Education, Certified Nature-Connected Coach.

Please note: As with any environment outdoors, there may be uneven ground and natural hazards such as tree roots and low-hanging branches. When you book for this event, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during the session. All activities are voluntary and you are invited to take part as much or as little as you wish. If you have a physical or mental health medical condition that might affect your, or other people’s safety or enjoyment, you should take appropriate medical advice- for any concerns please contact us.
