About this event

Join us for a recurring breathwork practice that feels like a full reset for your overworked nervous system! We host this class two times every month to support you in a regular mind/body practice.

If you could use a hiatus from the hustle and stress of startup life, take a break to exhale with us! Pilea Coach, Bonnie Coberly, will guide you through an hour-long breathwork practice that will help you turn off anxiety, dissolve stress, quiet your mind, connect with your creativity, and recharge your body. It's like a relaxing reset for your overworked nervous system! You'll leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more grounded.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation fueled by a consistent, conscious breathing technique. It is a powerful tool to help you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of connection with yourself. Similar to meditation, science shows that breathwork is extremely effective at quieting the default mode network in the brain. It also balances the stress response in the body, reduces anxiety, helps to heal trauma, reduces inflammation, and supports the immune system.


This space is for you if you:

  • Would like to reduce stress and anxiety
  • Are experiencing symptoms of burnout (exhaustion, lack of focus, lack of interest, decreased tolerance)
  • Want to improve sleep and ability to relax/rest
  • Desire emotional release and healing
  • Need to let go of old stories, energy, and experiences
  • Want to foster a deeper connection to yourself


A few more details:

  • Join for one hour of guided breathwork with a Pilea breathwork coach
  • Learn a simple breathwork method that you can do on your own as well
  • All experience levels are welcome
  • This space offers community and accountability to stay with the practice
  • Pay what feels right, or claim a free ticket if you're new to the community or have financial constraints
  • We provide an ongoing practice every other week to help train your nervous system over time
