The Straits of Malacca are a culinary melting pot, the crossroads where South China, the Indian subcontinent, and the Malay Archipelago come together. This premiere class is a rare opportunity to delve into this uniquely diverse cuisine, rarely seen beyond the region.

At this class, TW Lim, a Singaporean chef now based in Cambridge, will present a traditional Straits menu showcasing the many different influences and intricate preparations characterizing the cuisine, and share stories and in-depth culinary knowledge alongside the meal.Important.

This class is not suitable for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. When booking, please take into consideration that much of the food is spicy.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
