No previous experience required, and this is completely​ busy-baby friendly!Please bring a mat if you have one, or we will have sanitized mats for available for borrowing as well! New and nursing mamas are always welcome either wearing your baby or in baby's car-seat/stroller! Donation suggested, never required! We can't wait to flow with you and your little loves!
